In the past week, Azerbaijan has violated the ceasefire over 5 times, including instances of opening fire at citizens doing agricultural work.

Azerbaijan in Violation of International Law for Electricity Disruptions to Nagorno-Karabakh

The Center for Truth and Justice (CFTJ), a 501(c)(3) U.S. nonprofit organization, has been documenting human rights violations and war crimes against Armenians since the 2020 war in Nagorno-Karabakh. CFTJ has set up fact-finding infrastructure in the region and has been collecting first-hand testimonies from victims of Azerbaijani and Turkish aggression.

The recent CFTJ report focuses specifically on the disruption of electrical utilities and the impact this human rights violation has on the people of Nagorno-Karabakh.
