Armenia and the U.S. will establish the TRIPP Development Company to implement related projects.
Armenia will retain full sovereignty over border control, customs, security, and state functions.
The company’s initial ownership structure will be 74% U.S. and 26% Armenian, with Armenia’s share increasing to 49% if cooperation is extended after 49 years.
