Decisions are Being Made in Washington

And Global ARM is in the Room for Armenia

Right now, decisions are being made in Washington, DC — decisions that will shape the Armenian homeland forever, determine justice for Armenian victims and stop Azerbaijani aggression. And Global ARM is there — in the rooms where it counts and at the tables where decisions being made.

But we can’t stay there without your support.

Here’s what your donation to Global ARM has already helped make possible:
  • Changing the Narrative: Global ARM brought Luis Moreno Ocampo, the first ICC Prosecutor, to Washington — where he declared Azerbaijan’s actions in Artsakh a genocide. This single moment shifted the conversation at the highest levels of government around the world.
  • Giving Victims a Voice: For the first time ever, Armenian victims of Azerbaijani war crimes were heard during a major U.S. Congressional hearing. Global ARM made sure they were no longer invisible.
  • Strengthening Armenia’s Security: We secured a historic breakthrough — the U.S. Senate Armed Services Committee officially recognized Armenia as a key U.S. security partner. This never happened before since Armenia’s independence.
  • Fighting for the Prisoners: As Armenian hostages were being held, Global ARM was at the table when President Trump’s National Security Advisor demanded Azerbaijan release them.
  • Defending Armenia’s Sovereignty: When Congress held two hearings, on June 25 and June 26, 2025, on what needs to happen for a just and durable peace for Armenia and how a bad peace in the Ukraine-Russia war could impact Armenia, Global ARM had two witnesses testifying defending Armenia’s sovereignty, urging greater defense cooperation with the U.S. and leading the way with specific recommendations to deter Azerbaijani aggression.

We are not on the sidelines. Nor are we posting hypotheticals on social media.

We are in the room and mission-driven — at the White House, the State Department, the Pentagon, Congress and in the Media.

We are there every day. And we are winning.
